I. Preamble: Purpose in Good Faith

This digital repository, "The Antoinette Merritt Evidence Repository," is established and maintained as a direct extension of my legal and ethical duties as a mandatory reporter under Nevada Law (NRS 200.5093). Its sole purpose is to protect the life and well-being of Antoinette Merritt, a vulnerable adult, by ensuring that evidence of suspected criminal elder abuse, neglect, abandonment, and exploitation is preserved, organized, and made accessible to law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and the public in a transparent manner.
This is not a commercial venture nor an act of personal vengeance. It is a good-faith effort to break the silence that too often allows the abuse of the elderly to continue unchecked.
II. Legal Immunity for Reporting

Nevada Revised Statutes NRS 200.5097 provides clear immunity for individuals like myself who make these reports:

-
"Any person who, in good faith, makes a report pursuant to NRS 200.5093... is immune from any civil or criminal liability for making the report."
This repository is the report. The audio recordings, video evidence, and documentation are all submitted in good faith as core evidence of the suspected crimes. My actions are protected under this statute.
III. Basis for Public Posting
The decision to create a public repository is based on the following principles:

-
Transparency: Elder abuse thrives in secrecy. This platform ensures the evidence cannot be ignored, lost, or suppressed.
-
Accountability: By presenting a comprehensive, interconnected case, it holds all responsible parties—individuals and systems—to account.
-
Public Interest: The case of Antoinette Merritt illustrates systemic failures in elder protection that are of vital public concern.
-
Deterrence: This repository serves as a deterrent to others who would prey upon vulnerable seniors.
IV. Protection of Antoinette Merritt

Every effort has been made to present the evidence in a manner that respects the inherent dignity of Antoinette Merritt while exposing the truth of the harm done to her. Her identity is revealed out of necessity, as she is the central victim in this case. The goal of this exposure is her ultimate protection and the cessation of the abuse she has endured.
V. Use of Evidence and Warning
The evidence contained within is presented exactly as documented. It is often graphic and may be disturbing. It is intended for the following uses:

-
Investigation by law enforcement and government agencies.
-
Reporting by legitimate journalists.
-
Review by legal professionals.
-
Education and awareness for the public.
Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of this evidence for malicious, defamatory, or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and may itself be a violation of law.
VI. Contact for Official Access
Law enforcement, attorneys, and government officials may request secure, verified access to the full evidence vault by using the contact form provided. All requests must be made from an official email address and state the purpose of the investigation.
